While that is a neat idea, the light output on that light seems to fall way below at least what most people consider as a minimum here in the states. I don't know what biking in Europe is like as far as street lights, etc. but where I live, that would get me about halfway home, and then I would need to go ahead and kick on my Cygolite Dash 320 lumen headlight to see. Curious to see how they work for you.
These lights fall into the "be seen by others, rather than see the road itself" category. If you ride a lot where there aren't any streetlights, then these are not the lights you want.
