I just got some Lake CX237's. I don't have a lot of miles on them yet, but they seem nice. My feet are fairly wide in front, but not at the heel. The Lakes in 43W's are a better fit for my feet than my previous Sidi Megas. The Sidi's were just barely wide enough but otherwise a little too big (had to put thicker insoles in them to take up excessive volume). The Lake's have a slightly roomier toe box which I like, and the two BOA dials are nice (I don't think I'd be happy with a shoe with just one).

The lakes are noticeably lighter than the Sidi's, and I like that the uppers are leather rather than that cheap, plasticky material Sidi uses. Time will tell on durability for the leather, though. They don't have as much arch support as I'd like (I have high arches); but no stock shoe does, which is while I'll probably go with full custom's at some point in the future (just not willing to spend the money on that right now, it's been an expensive year).
