Which Chinese carbon wheel?

I'm not looking for a debate about whether or not I'm putting my life in my hands with generic Chinese or what vendors to buy from. I have done all the necessary research and settled on getting a pair of 38mm wheels but here's my question:

Option 1: 23 mm wide rim, 1570 g claimed for $359 shipped

23mm Width/Wider 700C 38mm Clincher Carbon Fiber Road Bike/Bicycle Wheelsets

Option 2: 23 mm wide rim, 1390 g claimed $424 shipped

Option 3: 25 mm wide rime, 1380 g claimed for $469 shipped

Carbon Wheels Clincher 700C 38mm dept 25mm With ultra Light Hub For Road Racing Bike

Option 4: 25 wide rim, 1550 g claimed for $450

All same seller just different options. Replacing a set of 1570 g aluminum wheels. Will run 700x23 but maybe 700x25 for next tires and going on a steel bike that's just under 19 lbs so not really a weight weenie but I also don't want to make the bike heavier.
