This one was just received 2 weeks ago so they "said" it will be replaced under warranty. We shall see if that holds.
The one I had the buttons on the side were no longer functioning since the rubber was spliting. That was after 3 years of use and hitting one Ford pickup truck at 25 mph... Totaled the truck but the Garmin kept recording
