In all honesty, something like the Dequindre Cut would have a greater impact in the suburbs.

In the Eastern suburbs they could easily create two that would have an enormous impact.
One being a Red Run Drain pathway from Dequindre to Freedom Hill(8miles).
The other ITC corridor path (from 10 mile to 2X mile where it could nearly connect with the Macomb Orchard Trail).
