After doing some more research, it seems the Plug is actually lighter. Steel is comparable vibration wise to Carbon, only difference is weight. And with alloy steerer, and alloy drop-outs, I'm not seeing the vibration reduction I'd be getting from a true carbon fork.

I think I'm leaning more towards the Charge.
