Around here it is mostly English speaking white folks on the wrong side of MUP. I don't think it matters where the heck you live and what nationality the folks are they will all run, walk, push baby strollers, walk dogs, roller blade, skip and hop on the bloody wrong side. This is why I hate riding on MUPS and would rather dodge traffic than deal with this.
