Just so both of you know, there is to be a trail section from south Fayetteville to the new regional park (currently under construction) in SW Fayetteville. The trail is in design currently. I-49 and the Fulbright Expressway complicates this MUP. This new MUP will be connected to the Razorback Greenway as well. So when finished it will be possible to ride from Bella Vista to the Regional Park, and Mt Kessler conservation area in SW Fayetteville. If I recall correctly the park and conservation area are nearly 600 acres in total size.
