I have a bad shifting on my TT bike. Only the right one, for 10 speed.
The cable will pull inconsistently, i.e from smaller gear to larger one.
But it gets worse when going from larger to smaller gear. It stuck on larger gear and will not go down.
I have replaced the cable, lubed the housing, but nothing helped. The housings are less than year old
I was riding since the beginning of this year season, and everything was fine, but now it is starting to stuck.
Took it apart, the cable goes through the housing smoothly. The shifter clicks back and force easily.
The RD wheels(?) are spinning smoothly. But when all of the components together it does not work.
I know how to adjust RD and have done is successfully many times, but not this time.

What could it be?
