this. your back should be more straight, hips rotated forward, butt sticking out behind you, elbows bent.

this will increase the use of your back/neck muscles to hold up your head so be sure to do some strength/stretch work on your upper back.
i usually do a lot of shoulder rolls with 25lb dumbells before i ride to loosen up those muscles.
