Road STI (2.3mm pull) is designed for a 1.7:1 ratio rear mech to give the 3.9mm shift for 10sp.
Dynansys being a 1.2:1 ratio is designed to work with the newer 3.2ishmm pull MTB levers, the difference in ratios is what the #6 is fixing.
For road to Dynasys it might be easier to try the Retroshift/Gevenalle solution GX Shifters MTB Derailleurs - Gevenalle which puts a Dynasys compatible shifter on a Tektro brake lever.
