What do you even call that? Artfully jacktastic? It's great that it comes with a matching helmet, but I think what you really need is a stab-proof vest of some kind.

Also, was there a photo of the owner? I'd love to see what that person looks like. I'm guessing it's not someone in dockers with a cellphone case on their belt.
