Hey everyone, I picked up a '91 Trek 750 frame today, which I plan to build up. It came with it's factory headset but no bottom bracket. Can someone explain what type I need to buy? I'll probably use eBay so any links to possible candidates would be great. Not looking to spend a lot, just want it to be decent and smooth spinning.
Doesnt have to be new, either. Oh and I'll probably just build the bike up with a triple crank set similar to what it came with when new.

On a side note the frame also came with a seized steel seat post. I've sprayed WD40 into the area the post enters the seat tube, but any other suggestions are welcome. And I'm ok with destroying the seat post if I need to.
