Keep at it. It sounds like you are recovering well.

I think it was well over 6 months before I was comfortable with pushups. Today is actually the 1 year anniversary of my fracture and, although I consider my wrist function to be more or less normal, it still feels a bit funny at times. This is likely to be irritation of tendons by the metal hardware. I hadn't mentioned in my previous posts that I have a rowing machine (had it well before my incident) and use it every day. I think that the traction as well as my practice of feathering (hard to do on a machine) helped quite a bit.

In respect to my general fitness, I think I am just now getting to the point where my overall level is where it was before.
