You need to spin the crank AND move the derailleur for us to see whats happening. So far all I can see (pics are too dark!) is the derailleur may be too high and it doesnt move out far enough to put the chain on the big sprocket. How much slack is in the cable when its on the small one? It should be very little. After cable slack the limit screws are the next thing to adjust.
