I have a generic phone holder that up I picked up for $25 at my LBS. It is ok but I would not go out of my way to get it again.

The thing that makes your requirements interesting is that you want to be able to move it between bike. Most mount with a clamp and screw set up. I am not sure what kind of set up would make it easy to transfer between bikes.
