Tube, multi tool, co2, levers, and patch kit in one of those tiny little lezyne micro bags. It's work to get all of that in there but it fits and the bag is about the size of a thick wallet.
On my person I carry a cliff bar, a gel, and my wallet with some cash. Anything over 60 miles I plan the route with a subway somewhere around 45-50 miles. A 6 inch steak and cheese with a dr pepper gives me the energy and caffeine to get back on it and go further.
