I find I have no desire to go on line while I am touring. I take a dumb phone for calls and texts to keep in touch with the one person who needs to know that I am o.k. If I really need computer access for something like printing bike shipping labels or checking in for a flight, I will try to find a public library or café with a computer. Believe it or not, the latter do still exist in some places.
