Yeah it sounds like a BB, but it could be a rear axle too as sounds transmit through the frame quite regularly. Were you spinning the crankset with the driveside pedal? If so, see if the noise is the same using the other pedal, or none of them as the bearings in the pedal could be bad too. It might be worth pulling the crankset and feeling the bearings with your fingers. If it's this bad, you'll more than likely feel the bad bearings because there's almost no load on it already in the video. I find it interesting with something this noisy becomes less noticeable when riding.
Sound is same with non drive side pedal. It is confusing because it makes no noise on lower gears no matter how hard i spin but it makes noise on bigger gears even with a little force.
