Bikes: 1962 Schwinn Paramount P12, 1971 Schwinn Paramount P13-9

The Tange #2 decal seems wrong. The 4000's were first made of Ishiwata and then Tange #1 . They switched to #2 sometime in the early 80's IIRC. Maybe a repaint?
