SunTour made both French (Metric) and standard. See pic below for what to look for to determine if it's metric. Pretty obvious. I thought they only had a tiny M on the innermost surface but it's been a long time since I worked with them. Easy to see if you know what to look for, but this pic shows something much more obvious.
