Not every mountainous region has a subarctic climate. Usually mountains make for mild summers but not in every situation.
And I would not ride in hot weather.

not the 2015 one, unfortunately the 2015 29er price was 680$ which was over my budget.
Summers here are a total disaster, in normal conditions it is 40-50 Celsius with less than 6-10 hours of electricity which makes it worse
