Call 'em and ask 'em. They aren't user-replaceable though, so any quote you get will be for THEM to replace batteries out of warranty. I don't think they'll sell you the batteries as a part.
I'm not worried about it though. The thing has a 2 year warranty and I seldom hang onto anything that long. And I have other NiMH batteries I've been using for 3 or 4 years and they still work great.
