Alex Rims does not respond to email inquiries regarding recommended tensions. Does anyone know what's a good tension?

Based on this, 130 Kgf seems to be a reasonable guess for the drive side spokes. Will the spoke tension on the non-drive side simply be adjusted such that the rim is centered in the frame?
