The part where they left my package behind some shrubs in the front of my house despite the instructions (that I put on their website) to deliver all packages to the back porch. It sat out there for 4 days in rain and heat while I was trying to track the package. Or, the one that they left in the weeds behind my sons' house where there is no door. But, I digress.
