The only well known issue with the bb30 is creaking which comes from the bottom bracket bearings. My brand new Caad10 started doing it shortly after I bought it and found the fix here on the forum. The fix is to remove the bearings from the bottom bracket, clean, then apply green loctite to the outer surface of the bearings where they make contact with the frame and reinstall. After having my shop do the fix (no charge) I've been creak free for almost two years. Not sure why manufacturers haven't done this during the initial assembly?
