not much new... i got nokon cables, which creek and suck for that. THe brakes feel better than dura ace cables, but the shifting probably is slightly less. That's about the only mod i've done to the bike in a year lol.... Well i added a mash sf DONUT top cap which is key for motivation actually.

also in other news, i got my cat1 upgrade. The caad10 (or some form of caad10) has been with me since day 1! what a loyal bike!
