So I have got to give props to Lynskey today. Throughout the entire process, they were very cool and provided great customer service. They did everything they said they would do. Helped me figure out the right bike to buy, negotiated good prices, quick on the build and shipping, provided tracking numbers and correspondence on time.

So I received the bike on Friday afternoon and built it. Took it for a 35 mile ride on Saturday morning. Determined it wasn't the bike for me, packed it back up and shipped out at lunch on Monday. They verified that they received it on Wednesday, verified I would get a full refund on Thursday and on (today) Friday they had the money back in my account. That's really impressive to me.

I wish I dug Titanium because I would be happy to own one of their bikes as they are a great company to deal with. I told them if they ever decide to introduce steel bikes to please let me know as I would buy one in a heartbeat from them.
