I would not waste your time with this seller. He bought a story that it was pure gold and now wants to cash out.
I did buy a bike from such a dreamer earlier this year. It stayed on C/L for a couple of months. He finally got realistic. But in the interim, I ignored it. Realize there may be someone foolish enough to pay way over market for that bike.
