Geometry is the same. The R240 has curved seat stays, ovalized tubing, tapered intergrated headset and butted tubing.

My wife rides a Peloton (R140) and she loves it. She had ridden a friends Vamoots CR for a few weeks and she prefers the R140's ride and geometery.
