I have an Eastern Bidirectional hub that is in usable shape except for a mangled spacer and a chewed up locknut. Question number 1 is are there replacement drivers for the Bidirectional hub. Question 2 is where can I get the spacer a locknut?

Question 3 is where can a person get a general assortment of small parts for BMX bikes? The spacer that I need is 14mm ID and I cannot find that size anywhere.

(I have contacted Eastern. I am waiting to hear back but am not holding out hope.)
