The weight loss clinic has a body analysis scale that they weighed me on at the beginning of my journey and again last Friday when I was in for a checkup. The Dr. is the one who gave me the figure. So I do not know how he arrived at 33 lbs. But he was amazed. He said he has not seen that kind of progress before. He mentioned that I must be following the program to a T. Which I am. I eat only clean and healthy proteins, carbs and fats. You can believe it or not. Either way it really doesn't matter to me. I know and can see my changes. I just mentioned that fact to maybe help motivate or inspire someone. Going for a ride now................
