Sizing up the people you're riding with, knowing their quirks and tendencies will go a long way in staying out of crashes. This is just another piece of the puzzle.
LOL, the things you guys get yer roadie panties all wadded up over never ceases to amaze me. If I'm worried about a new rider's ability, I don't waste time "sizing them up" by looking at 'em.

Let me make the puzzle simple....drope the 400W hammer and see if they can hang on. If they're any good they'll hang on or even take a pull. If they suck, bye, bye and you never have to worry about them again.

Some of you need to ride more and worry less about your own and other's kits....
