Just imagine this....You ride, get up to 15mph and you have to slow down to 5 - 10mph every single 200ft (for the light), then ride at normal speed for 200ft and have to slow down to 5 - 10mph, then ride for another 200ft and slow again. Imagine doing this for miles & miles & miles. That's what we go through here.......that's bad already.....but imagine having to come to a complete stop? That's just not realistic.
Maybe you need to move somewhere better suited to riding. I think just about anywhere else in North America qualifies.
