+10 Randy, you needed to talk to a PERSON, not send messages back and forth. I have found by phoning ebay, most if not all problems have been worked out to my full satisfaction.

And given the amount you surely have sold on eBay over the years, I would not have let one bad transaction cause me to walk away from Ebay. I've had more bad transactions on this forum and C/L than I have had on eBay.
