I found EBAY to be in my estimate 99.9 percent bias for the buyer against the seller. If a buyer knows the rules he/she can end up keeping your item, and you ( the seller ) having your funds put on hold or withdrawn from under you. Short of taking a " ROAD TRIP " to the buyers home, and getting your items/money back, as a seller you have a long uphill battle in front of you. Even with documentation, and annoying two hour phone calls to speak with someone who you can't understand, and continually notes they understand and are sorry, I will never ever sell on EBAY again, and I consider myself a very honest person. EBAY is terrible for sellers.
