These comparisons seem a little odd. The 7.4 Allant is 200-250$ more expensive than your 3 other choices, you're not considering any bikes in the ~850$ price bracket from Specialized or Giant?
I looked at the Specialized Sirrus Elite disc, but that MSRP is close to $1K. I didn't see an offering from Giant in the Escape type of bike with Disc brakes. The Escape 1 is the best version in that line.
