Not sure if this has been asked about before. If so, sorry for reposting.

I have a friend who has really small hands. Her Ultegra ST-6800 11spd STI lever reach adjustment has been dialed to the shortest. The plastic screws under the rubber hoods have been screwed all the way down. She still has problem reaching the brake levers in the drop. She wants to be in the drop for the descent, but the levers are just still a little too far.

Any advice to bring in the levers more?
