I use mostly warm water a sponge and Meguires soap, either the gold I get at Costco or at Pepboys. It's amazing how clean the bike will look. Also, will remove a lot of grime.

For harder stains on the frame, I use Zymol for a cleaner, but Meguires Cleaner Wax works wonders also.
