if u can see the forrest for the trees then, self coach.
if u need accountability, and dont have time to research or put together your plan, then get a coach. Cuts out alot of the guess work, kinda.
good articles and plans aren't too difficult to find online on forums. Im not a gift to cycling by any means, but i've self coached and made it to cat 1 or whatever.
