Hello all,
I am overhauling my Mom's 2000 Schwinn Sierra. I have a quick question.
I would like to put a Connex breakable link on her chain. It's the original chain. I measured it for stretch, it seems fine. Not surprising for a reasonably well maintained bike with low mileage.
It's got a 7 speed rear freewheel, and the Connex link says 8 speed on it, but all the dimensions seem the same. Is there any reason I can't use it?
