What widths are you looking at? It's hard to get a feel for PSI without knowing the tire width (e.g. 60 PSI on a 2" tire is quite high).
I'm looking at 26" tires in the 1.75" - 2" range and my top contenders are:
Compass 26x1.75
Compass 26x2+ (available soon, prototypes measured 52mm on 23mm rim)
Schwalbe Kojak 26x2
Schwalbe Marathon 26x2
Team weight is <325lb so a bit lighter than yours.
We roll the Compass 26x1.75 and, while we really enjoy them, we just can't wait for the 26x2+ Rat Trap Pass tires to be available. I look at the site every day in hopes that it is X-mas.
