[QUOTE=DnvrFox]I thought there might be some interest in a thread such as this. If not, it will go the way of all threads - just die away.

So, here is my first contribution.

Some questions:

Please tell us your age. 51

1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
American Eagle/Nishiki (had it for 30 years), Specialized Hard Rock modified with fenders, lights, rack (for commuting), Giant Stiletto (for fun).

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Daily vitamins when I can remember

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I just don't push hard. Ride to enjoy the motion.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Biked all my life. Car-free till 32. Bicycle commuted to most jobs.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
Commuting and city riding now, touring when younger. No time for touring anymore.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Daily, no clue.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
They are no fun.

8. Moving from California to Arkansas has reinvigorated my bicycling. It's the hills.
