I get most of my wheelbuilding supplies from BikeHubStore.com He stocks Kinlin rims and several other brands, along with good quality budget hubs(Bitex and his own brand that are likely made by Bitex) and Sapim spokes. Kinlin rims are as good as any other rims I've used and cost significantly less.
