When I received it from my Aunt's tool shed, it had scratches on it for obvious reasons . It is indeed the lugged version and still looks decent even with the few missing parts from the original.

BTW I already removed the handle bars and the mud guards/tray. I can always put them back on, just wanted to have more room to work on it.
