I made a trip to the LBS to pick up a few things. While there I was informed that another LBS locked the door. The fact that they went out of business does not surprise me. They only sold Specialized and they had very little stock to test ride. In addition the two fellows who owned/ran/sold/fitted and wrenched were not very friendly. I'm surprised they have lasted as long as they have.
