Oats cut with carbon fiber are lighter and faster than steel cut oats.
Just explain why quick oats aren't as good. I am talking about the ones that start out as normal rolled oats and go through additional cutting before they are packaged. Not the stuff that is in individual serving packets with sweeteners and flavours.
