Unfortunately I just sold my truck and only had a Honda Civic to bring the bike home in. After a few curse words and some creativity I managed to stuff it into the back seat and get it home. Unfortunately when I got it back out at home the handlebars were cocked to the side. I held the wheel and jerked it back to center. Is that safe or do I need to tighten something more?
I already decided on the Denali but I'd like to keep this thread alive. Now that I know I like cycling, what is the best brand new bang for buck road bike? I would like to keep the price down as much as possible, but say for under a grand.
If you had saved the money from the GMC and added it to your new budget you would have had a much better budget to start with...
Just buy something nice up front and be done with it or you'll end up with a garage full of crap bikes.
