Doubtful if you can find this. The nearest would be "change-of-date" which was pretty much standardized to a $100 charge a while back (check up what it is now). Back in the day this was free but times have changed.
Fortunately with this new fangled internet thang it's easier to do your homework on different airlines before booking online, or even through a travel agency (sometimes travel agencies can find even better deals as they use a different search engine "Amadeus".

As to the plastic bag wrapping, I'm still skeptical as bagage-handlers are, well, baggage handlers and all it takes is for one piece of luggage to slip or be dropped and your bike is toast. A cardboard box with the drop-out spacers that are delivered with new bikes to bike shops, and all the extra foam/plastic bubble protection is the way new bikes are shipped across the world, and the method I would prefer.

edit: I think I posted at the same moment as Machka... +1 to a return ticket making any immigration procedures much easier... Even documented proof of employment and a bank statement showing sufficient funds and credit limit on a credit card make life easier.
