Coffee
I'm interested in opinions on caffeine (coffee). I spent my life avoiding caffeine for various reasons, but a big one was that I always felt like an artificial stimulant would rob my body and better energy comes from proper diet and excercise. A couple years ago I started drinking Yerba Mate and I really enjoy it. This year I had a cup of coffee for the first time in my life (i'm 32 years old). I didn't like it, ... but then the memory was good and a few cups later I am now a big fan. So now I drink one or two cups a day 3 or 4 times a week. I'm debating if I want to drop it again because i'm not a fan of caffeine effects but I like the flavor.
So the real question is a small poll. Who likes coffe and who doesn't?
